Replica of rhyton with palm tree decoration, found in the South East area of the Palace. Evans noted that the shape was derived from ostrich egg rhyta, but the decoration was Middle Minoan III polychromy. The replica is signed ‘Neos’ showing that it was made by Ashmolean conservator W.H. Young.
