This silver swivel ring has a two faces: one shows a warrior attacking a lion and the other a warrior with a figure-of eight shield. The faces are carved from two separate ivory pieces. Evans acquired this ring and two others in Athens in around 1912 and saw in them an echo of Bronze Age iconography.
