This coloured reconstruction of the Throne Room was drawn by Edwin Lambert in 1917, after an earlier version by Theodore Fyfe. It was used as the frontispiece for the second part of The Palace of Minos IV. It also provided the decorative scheme for the later reconstruction of the Throne Room.
